Good reasons to make time for yourself
Internal Health
Sauna makes us sweat which is a good gym workout for the organs and blood vessels. Your heart rate can increase to 100 beats per minute and using a sauna after a gym session a is great way to supply the muscles fresh blood and can aid in strength and recovery.

Reports have shown that people who cold plunge feel an increased sense of well-being and improved mental health by increasing endorphin and norepinephrine levels after each plunge.
Time to relax and switch off
Taking time away from a busy work schedule and lifestyle is a must. It is so important to take time to STOP and SLOW DOWN because most of us are forgetting to do. Pause and make time to “just be”. without a phone- connecting to ourselves and listening to our bodies.
Immunity
When infrared saunas raise your body temperature, it induces an artificial fever. This “fake fever” stimulates the immune system. The result is an increased production of disease-fighting white blood cells and antibodies. A mere 1% increase in body temperature results in a 40% increase in immunity.
